Privacy policy

Template to be adapted (Senegalese law no. 2008-12 / Malian law no. 2013-015 depending on your place of establishment).

Data collected

• Account: name, e-mail, phone, country, encrypted password.
• Alerts: e-mail, first name, source page.
• Purchases: product, amount, status, payment provider reference. We never see your mobile money codes or card numbers.
• Vitrine Pro (businesses): name and contact details of the establishment, contact phone and e-mail (published on the page), photos (all metadata, including GPS location, is removed on upload), review history.
• Listing statistics: number of views and “Call” / “E-mail” clicks per day. These counters are anonymous: they contain neither the IP address nor the identity of the visitor.
• Reports: reason, message and optional contact left by the visitor.
• Pocket interpreter: sentences to translate are sent to our machine translation provider, without your name or account, and are not stored on our site.

Use

To give access to purchased content, send the practical information requested and reply to messages. With your consent, to inform you of our future guides.

Sharing

Only with our technical providers (payment, e-mail sending, hosting, machine translation). Never resold.
